The Finance Manager, FP&A is a critical member of the Conveyance Finance team. This high visibility role will work with business segments and key stakeholders to help optimize and execute financial planning, reporting and analysis in support of Regal Rexnord’s continued growth.  Successful candidates will be able to effectively collaborate and communicate with all levels of the organization to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support monthly operating reviews, annual operating plans and long range plans; collaborate with segment and finance teams to optimize and streamline processes across total Regal Rexnord.
• Assist with accurate and timely consolidation of financial results, KPI reporting, and financial analysis. Help prepare executive and board reporting requirements.
• Lead monthly and annual forecasts for corporate functions including variance analyses, communication of insights, and presentation of results to the business leads.
• Compile, review, analyze, and submit timely Corporate Reporting requirements such as Restructuring Schedules, Balance Sheet Reviews, and BUR presentations. 
• Support the facilitation of the cost roll ensuring all necessary cost data is updated, accurate, and tested while clearly articulating changes and errors to relevant stakeholders to address potential issues. 
• Support Commercial Operations in preparation of monthly Demand/SIOP reports, S&O Dashboards while communicating insights and recommendations to management. 
• Support division data validation for OneStream consolidation tool by collecting and organizing data sets and mapping rules, verifying data against defined rules and criteria, and perform testing to identify and submit potential errors or inconsistencies to relevant stakeholders. 
• Gather and analyze information to help identify P&L and working capital trends. Communicate potential risks and opportunities vs the plan and recommend action plans to improve returns.
• Effectively communicate across all levels of the organization to ensure expectations, timelines, and finance deliverables are consistently understood and completed.
• Support internal control processes to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and Regal Rexnord accounting policies.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• 3 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Financial Analyst role
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and within the future
• Travel: Regal Rexnord is a Global Business. Some travel to other Regal Rexnord locations is expected. Estimate 5 – 10%.

Preferred Qualifications & Position Criteria:

• High level of proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience with Hyperion, BI, OneStream, or other consolidation and reporting tools
• Experience managing finance professionals in a corporate environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• The ability to perform in a dynamic cross-functional team environment is critical
• Strong organization skills to manage and prioritize a broad range of responsibilities.
