Luminar is looking for a Technical Recruiting Coordinator to help us scale our fast-growing Hardware Engineering and Supply Chain & Manufacturing teams! As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will partner very closely with our Technical Recruiters to coordinate a high-volume of technical interviews in a fast-paced environment, and to ensure a seamless candidate-friendly hiring process. You will be responsible for keeping the process organized and efficient while actively maintaining clear lines of communication with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates - from entry-level to leadership hires. By providing a great candidate experience, and smoothly managing all the details, you will contribute to the overall success and continued growth of Luminar.   Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews (phone calls, on-sites, video calls, etc) and other recruiting meetings
• Maintain a high quality candidate experience, make sure the candidates know the what, where, and when of their interviews
• Facilitate onsite interviews by making sure candidates and interviewers have all they need, start on time and finish on time
• Post, update, and track job postings and requisitions
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (Lever) to ensure candidate records are complete and that the recruitment process is accurately tracked
• Update various spreadsheets for other departments as it relates to recruiting
• Manage travel for candidates outside of the area, and make sure that they get reimbursed for travel costs incurred during their stay
• Be a general resource for the recruiting team, addressing needs as they arise

At Luminar, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays a base between $65,000 and $75,000 per year. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. You will also be eligible to receive other benefits including: equity in the form of restricted stock unit awards, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, 401k plan, life and disability benefits, flexible time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement for formal education related to advancing your career at Luminar.
