Full Job Description We are currently hiring for a Service Manager ! We are looking for high energy, systems-based managers that are capable of leading our teams and enhancing the experience of our guests.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: · 2-5 years of high volume, full-service and upscale, casual restaurant management experience · Ability to manage the day-to-day operations of a restaurant while maintaining a positive, lighthearted, and fun atmosphere · Must have a passion for developing, coaching, and mentoring people · Expert experience with inventory systems, profit and loss, and schedule writing · Kitchen management experience is a plus! · Proven track record of successfully multitasking in fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks · Must have the ability to work at several locations in the Charleston market · Excellent leadership and communication skills · Strong organization and listening skills · Eye for detail · Ability to remain calm, friendly, and enthusiastic under pressure
