Executive Assistant to Head of Film Marketing , Film Marketing

We're seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Assistant to support our Head of Film Marketing across theatrical and streaming releases. Key job responsibilities
• Serve as the primary coordinator for the Head of Film Marketing between multiple marketing verticals, ensuring seamless communication and execution across:
- Social Media Teams
- Paid Media Department
- Creative Advertising
- Market Research
- Public Relations Partners
- Synergy Partners
- Creative Content
- External Creative Partners
- And beyond!
• Manage complex calendar scheduling across time zones and departments
• Coordinate and prepare materials for high-level meetings and presentations
• Track and follow up on action items from leadership meetings
• Organize travel arrangements and expense reporting
• Draft and review correspondence
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
• Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
• Create and maintain organizational systems for maximum efficiency

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

- 2+ years of professional or military experience
- 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school or equivalent
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Are 18 years of age or older
