The Role
Our sales team are the heart and soul of Lush Lakeside and our seasonal sales assistants provide vital support during the bustling festive period. Every decision you make will contribute towards our visitors having a very merry shopping experience. As a seasonal sales assistant, you'll be on the shop floor: helping customers, demonstrating our products, keeping our shop looking beautiful, and contributing to the fun festive atmosphere. You'll also be confident driving sales forwards and working towards business targets. In your role as party host, you'll bring energy and excitement to every event, creating the perfect evening for our party guests.

You'll go beyond the basics by asking insightful questions to understand each customer's needs, and showcasing our products through captivating demonstrations. Support their purchasing decisions by confirming interest through thoughtful questions and securing sales. Your role includes offering shop tours with intelligent link sales, crafting personalized routines, and providing pampering sit-down consultations, including decadent hand and arm massages as part of your daily routine.
Through in-depth training on our products and ingredients, you'll become a Lush Ambassador, embodying our ethics and values to our customers. Your crucial role will help create the ultimate experience for our guests, ensuring we offer the best service on the high street!

Key Information

Hours available: 12-20 hours per week
Application deadline: Wednesday 16th October 2024

Trial Shift Date: TBC - Between 21st October and 27th October 2024
Start date: From 4th November 2024

You will be required to work either Christmas Eve or Boxing Day. You must be available at least one weekend day. Shifts start as early as 8am and end as late as 10:30pm.

• Become a pro on our products, helping customers make perfect choices, and sharing your great knowledge on what makes each product right for them.
• Team up with your colleagues to hit store goals, keep the shop floor fun, and deliver top-notch service together.
• Get creative with displays and keep our store looking fabulous, using this as a way to help our customers find the right products while they’re shopping.
• Help keep our inventory in check by restocking shelves, making sure everything is in its place, and ensuring our products are always ready for their close-up.
