Description

General Manager - Fast Park

Job Purpose:
- To oversee and manage the daily operations of a Fast Park facility, ensuring efficient, profitable, and customer-centric service. This role is responsible for leading and developing a team, managing financial performance, maintaining facility standards, and fostering positive relationships with customers and airport stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Fast Park facility, ensuring smooth and efficient processes for parking, shuttle services, and customer interactions.
- Manage and develop a team of employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and motivating staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue generation, expense control, and budget management, to ensure profitability and meet company targets.
- Maintain the highest standards of facility cleanliness, safety, and security, addressing any maintenance issues promptly and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring consistent service delivery and adherence to operational standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with airport authorities, airline representatives, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and address any potential issues.
- Proactively address customer concerns and complaints, striving to resolve issues efficiently and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Implement and manage marketing and sales initiatives to promote the Fast Park brand and attract new customers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation within the facility.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, financial results, and other key metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to parking operations, safety, and environmental protection.
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective purchasing practices.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address any potential safety hazards or maintenance needs.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and employee engagement.
- Participate in the development and implementation of strategic plans for the facility, aligning with overall company objectives.
- Represent Fast Park in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining a positive image within the airport community.

Qualifications

Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of five years of progressive management experience in parking operations, hospitality, or a related customer service-oriented industry.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a team of employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue goals and controlling operational expenses within a defined budget.
- Experience with parking management software and systems, including revenue control and access control technologies.
- Strong understanding of parking industry best practices, regulations, and safety procedures.
- Experience in developing and implementing customer service programs and initiatives.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and contracts.
- Experience in handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively.
- Experience in preparing and presenting reports to senior management.
