Project Manager (Customer Solutions Partner)

This project manager role will involve independent planning, managing, and successfully delivering projects for our mid-enterprise customers. Please note, this is NOT an IT Project Manager role. You will serve as the main point of contact with customers and will ensure projects are delivered on time while meeting customers’ business needs (using the Perceptyx core <a href="https://go.perceptyx.com/platform/people-insights-platform" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener">products</a> 🙌 😊).</p><p><strong>What will you do:</strong></p><ul> <li> Serve as the main point of contact for customer’s employee listening projects</li> <li>Guide customers in using the Perceptyx core product through best practices and an efficient timeline</li> <li>Prepare, coordinate, and lead project-specific meetings between customers and involve supporting Perceptyx team members where appropriate</li> <li>Gather requirements from customers while providing guidance on best practice</li> <li>Communicate with customers via email, phone, and Zoom throughout the duration of the project</li> <li>Work collaboratively with customers and internal team members to ensure successful project delivery</li> <li>Identify, capture, and effectively communicate customer issues to relevant supporting team members</li> <li>Create and maintain each project plan, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for a timely and successful project and communicating those to the customer</li> <li>Identify and analyze project risks and dependencies on an ongoing basis</li> <li>Report to the Customer Solutions Manager in the UK</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>2+ years working directly with external customers in a project management-related role</li> <li>University degree preferred</li> <li>Capability to follow processes, manage projects efficiently, and guide customers toward best practices</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously </li> <li>Demonstrated tech-savviness</li> <li>Verbal and written communication skills in English </li> <li>Strong, effective decision-making and multi-tasking skills within strict deadlines</li> <li>Ability to deal with ambiguity and to adapt to changing situations</li> <li>Strong organizational and time management skills. </li> <li>Successful experience in working with mid-enterprise customers (&lt;10K employees) is preferred but not mandatory <em>The education and qualifications described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job.
