Job Summary

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist, you will develop content and execute email marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud focused on client communication and driving leads and revenue growth. The position will participate and collaborate on other digital marketing systems as needed. You will collaborate with stakeholders to determine marketing requirements and oversees activities, such as writing and email development, which are essential for the successful launch, measurement and review of campaigns.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Requires strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including audience segmentation, content staging, and automated journey building

• Proficiency in email builder, campaign development, and technical skills, including Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Data Extensions

• Lead the delivery of journey orchestration campaigns and initiatives

• Oversee journey planning and execution including technical reviews and quality control

• Bring expertise in personalization and marketing automation to infuse leading practices around dynamic email content and segmentation rules to customize marketing campaigns

• Experience creating dynamic and personalized marketing campaigns using AMPscript and SQL expertise, building automations for marketing, analysis, and system maintenance using SQL knowledge, maintaining and optimizing SFMC for peak performance and data integrity

• Identify audience segments and proposes journeys and messaging around them.

• Continually assesses and reports on the effectiveness of CRM and email marketing for improvement. Manages marketing projects from planning to launch of new strategies and tactics 

• Ability to produce email content and conduct collaborative revision with multiple stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification is preferred but not mandatory as long as the candidate can demonstrate their expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

• 3+ years of Email Campaign Management and Delivery experience with production and segmentation strategy

• Salesforce CRM experience

• 3+ years of journey orchestration experience in Insurance, Financial Services or other regulated industry

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
