Care Partner (Nursing Assistant) Full Time (2pm-10pm)

Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team. As a Care Partner, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to our clients in their daily activities. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management

- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary

- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing

- Accompany clients to appointments and outings

- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

- Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred

- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and coworkers

- Compassionate and patient demeanor

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Requirements

• Certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) is preferred.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an assisted living facility is preferred.
