Position Summary:

Amplity, Inc is hiring for a Manager of Product Strategy and Innovation.

The Manager, Product Strategy and Innovation will play a pivotal role in defining and executing strategies for enterprise modernization and innovation. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and strong leadership skills to drive initiatives that improve efficiency, enhance user experience, and unlock new opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Strategy & Implementation:

• Develop and execute AI strategies to address business challenges and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to integrate AI into products, processes, and services.

Salesforce Modernization:

• Lead the strategic optimization and enhancement of Salesforce to improve functionality and user engagement.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify and implement solutions that align Salesforce with business objectives.

Workday Transformation:

• Manage Workday modernization efforts to streamline HR, payroll, and finance processes.
• Partner with functional leaders to ensure Workday adoption and alignment with organizational goals.

Strategic Product Development:

• Define and execute product roadmaps for high-impact initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for innovation.

Project Management & Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Performance Metrics & Reporting:

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to evaluate the impact of modernization efforts.
• Present insights, updates, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or innovation roles, with expertise in AI, Salesforce, and Workday.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, Salesforce architecture, and Workday functionality.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Architect) or Workday certifications (e.g., Workday Pro).
• Familiarity with data analytics, machine learning, and AI frameworks.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technology solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
