About the internship:

Sigma is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Partnerships Manager Intern to join our Partnerships team for the Summer of 2026. This 12-week internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B and SaaS partner enablement, go-to-market strategy, and ecosystem collaboration. You will work directly with key internal teams and external partners, contributing to projects that have a direct impact on Sigma’s growth. 

This is a great opportunity for students with interest and / or past experience in B2B sales, marketing, or customer success.

Internship Program Qualifications:

Current student: 

  • Applicants must be currently enrolled in a university undergraduate degree program in the U.S with a graduation date of December 2026 or later
  • Able to intern from May / June 2026 through early August or September 2026

Authorization: 

  • You must be legally authorized to work in the US during the Summer 2026 program
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for our internship positions

Location: 

  • Applicants must be able to work in-person in our office in San Francisco, CA for the duration of their internship.
  • Relocation assistance will be provided for students who will need to relocate for the Summer in the form of a relocation bonus. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive onboarding program for net-new ecosystem partners that accelerates co-sell opportunities and expands Sigma’s positioning in the market.
  • Leverage AI and automation to streamline Partner Ground Game programming and partner-facing activities, improving efficiency and consistency across workflows.
  • Conduct research and stakeholder interviews to capture insights on partner offerings, co-selling opportunities, and best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Enablement, Sales, and Product to align partner motions with field needs and product priorities.
  • Build practical content and resources that drive partner engagement and enable internal teams to execute effectively.
  • Track and measure the impact of the partner motion, including influence on SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) generation and partner-sourced outcomes.
  • Support the planning and execution of Partner Enablement and Partner Appreciation events across the ecosystem.
  • Present findings, outcomes, and recommendations to leadership at the conclusion of the internship.

Qualifications:

  • Current undergraduate student (preference for rising seniors) pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Analytics, or Data Engineering.
  • Strong communication, research, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams internally and externally
  • Problem solver with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • Open to learning new tools and technologies
  • Interest in partnerships, business development, and the data analytics industry a plus
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools is a plus
  • Experience in business development or partnerships is a plus
  • Able to commit 40 hrs a week for 12 weeks in-person in our San Francisco, CA office

Additional Job details

Interns at Sigma are compensated with an hourly rate and relocation bonus (where applicable). Our hourly rate for this role is $36.00 - $40.00 per hour.
