  • Communicating with parents regarding camper health updates, incidents, or general inquiries in a clear, timely, and supportive manner.
  • Greeting families at check-in/check-out with professionalism and warmth; answering parent phone calls, documenting conversations in writing, and sending clear, professional follow-up emails.
  • Managing supplies and ensuring all program, safety, and first aid materials are stocked and ready for daily use.
  • Supporting the team with logistics, camper transitions, sun safety, emergency procedures, and proactive behavior management strategies.
  • Maintaining and distributing accurate rosters, daily reports, and printables from CampBrain and the portal to support planning, compliance, and visibility.
  • Modeling calm, professional leadership and fostering DEAN’s culture of kindness, inclusion, and accountability among both staff and campers.
