What You’ll Do:

As our Global Account Director, you’ll be at the forefront of managing a high-value portfolio of Meeting & Incentive customers, primarily focusing on top-tier agencies. Your mission? To elevate our revenue and market share by nurturing relationships with IHG’s largest global strategic partners and tapping into new business opportunities. You’ll be instrumental in driving significant cross-regional revenue for our Luxury & Lifestyle brands.

You’ll engage with key accounts, develop strategic partnerships, and collaborate with our global and regional sales teams to create a unified approach that maximizes exposure and revenue for our hotels and delivers excellence to our customers. 

 

Who You Are:

You’re not just a sales professional; you’re a relationship builder, a strategic thinker, and a passionate advocate for the luxury hospitality experience. With a minimum of 3 years of global sales experience in a multinational service-branded environment, you have established connections in the German MICE market and a proven track record of driving results in the Luxury & Lifestyle segment.

Your skills are top-notch: you’re culturally sensitive, adaptable, and possess outstanding influencing and networking abilities. You communicate with clarity and confidence, and you’re ready to lead the charge in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
