The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Programmer Analyst to join the team in Renton, WA; Seattle, WA; Tukwila, WA; Hazelwood, MO; or Berkeley, MO.
The Programmer Analyst will be an integral member of the Human Resources (HR) Information Technology (IT) system team supporting HR Operations, Payroll and Timekeeping. You will lead and perform the design, program, test, implementation, and documentation of applications delivered on the ServiceNow platform.
Position Responsibilities:
Design, develop and implement complex solutions on ServiceNow platform to support various Human Resource functions
Lead our Solution Development team comprising of Boeing and vendor teams in US and India
Collaborate with other enterprise applications built on ServiceNow platform
Collaborate with other development teams to build end-to-end systems capabilities in support of Human Resources, Payroll, and Timekeeping for enhanced employee experience
Champion adaptation of Artificial Intelligence in support of ServiceNow platform-based applications leveraging capabilities available on ServiceNow platform, and within Boeing systems landscape
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience working with HR systems
Experience with Relational Databases such as SQL-Server, Oracle, Teradata
Experience with .NET/C# and/ or Java
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in Prompt Engineering on Large Language Models
Experience in building applications on Azure or AWS cloud infrastructure using .Net or Java REACT
Experience with programming on SQL Server databases

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $113,900 - $164,450
