The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Strategy and Operations who is proficient in using Power BI to drive data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, business operations, and data analytics, with a proven track record of leveraging Power BI to extract insights and optimize business performance.
Your day-today
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead the development of long-term strategic plans, annual operating plans, and performance metrics to align with business objectives.
- Utilize Power BI to analyze complex data sets, generate actionable insights, and create visualizations to support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track progress against strategic goals and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide strategic guidance and operational support to senior leadership, department heads, and project teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic priorities.
- Mentor and develop a team of strategy and operations professionals to build capabilities and drive organizational success.
What you bring to the team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position
- Proven expertise in using Power BI or other business intelligence tools to analyze data, create reports, and drive insights.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results through collaboration and innovation.
