We are currently seeking a Data Architect to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

Position Responsibilities:

• Understands data structures and can make recommendations to optimize application-specific data stores
• Designs and builds relational and non-relational databases
• Translates business needs into long-term architecture solutions.
• Reviews object and data models and the metadata repository to structure the data for better management and quicker access.

 

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 years of experience with programming and database scripting for large and complex information systems, to include: 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience engineering Oracle solutions with RAC configurations
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle DataGuard in a production environment
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Oracle security solutions to include encryption and key management
• Active Top Secret Clearance

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline
