This is a key leadership role reporting to the VP of Operations. You’ll participate in executive meetings and oversee both a recruiter and HR administrator — playing a critical role in how we grow our team and culture.

What You’ll Lead:

• Talent Oversight - Guide hiring plans and ensure compliant recruitment processes while supporting a seasoned recruiting team
  
  
• Employee Development – Build onboarding, training, and career growth programs that help team members thrive
  
  
• Payroll & Benefits – Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR compliance with accuracy and care
  
  
• Culture Building – Foster a values-driven, respectful, and open workplace environment
  
  
• Technology Oversight – Manage systems like Salesforce, ADP, and Workleap
  
  
• Team Engagement – Lead employee events, recognition efforts, and culture-building initiatives
  
  

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  
  
• 5+ years of HR leadership experience in a dynamic or growing company
  
  
• Expertise in employment law, payroll, benefits, and recruiting compliance
  
  
• SHRM-CP or SCP preferred
