The work:

The Functional Consultant is expected to develop functional expertise in various aspects of the software delivery lifecycle including: Experience with Agile Methodologies, and phases including requirements, design, testing, and UAT Support 1-2 scrum teams in two-week sprints to ensure all scope is being delivered on time. Collaborate with many teams such as Design, Content writing, Development, Testing, and Operations to ensure features are implemented with high quality and to client specifications. Perform Change Request (CR) analysis of current functionality to identify all system impacts of change requests received from the client. Working with Release Management team to mitigate risks and build feasible delivery schedules with the development team and the clients to ensure every CR is implemented successfully. Strong communication skills (both written and when in meetings communicating to clients, developers, and teammates). Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and SQL is a plus.

Here's what you need:

• Full lifecycle development using Waterfall, Agile Methodologies
• Must understand client business needs, gathering requirements and the understanding of testing phases
• Must demonstrate knowledge with the functionality of applications and current computer technology

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
