<p><strong>We're hiring a Freelance Senior Recruiter</strong></p><p>We’ve got exciting work ahead and we’re looking for someone who’s great at connecting people — and doing it with purpose.</p><p>You’ll take the lead on full-cycle recruitment — from intake to offer. That means sourcing, screening, market mapping (when needed), keeping the ATS tidy, sharing feedback, and bringing insights to the table.<br/> We also expect weekly check-ins with KPIs — simple, useful and action-oriented.</p><p>This is a <strong>100% remote</strong>, <strong>project-based</strong> role. You’ll be part of a team that supports each other and genuinely enjoys working together.</p><p><br/><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></p><ul> <li>Manage full-cycle recruiting processes (intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer support)</li> <li>Use sourcing tools and your own network to find great people</li> <li>Keep the pipeline updated and transparent — always</li> <li>Share structured feedback with clients and the INHAUS team</li> <li>Bring ideas, ask questions, and help us all raise the bar</li> </ul><p><strong><br/></strong><strong>You might be a great fit if:</strong></p><ul> <li>You’re <strong>based in Poland</strong></li> <li>You speak <strong>native Polish</strong> and <strong>advanced English</strong></li> <li>You’ve run recruiting processes before and feel confident doing it end-to-end</li> <li>You know your way around an ATS (Teamtailor is a plus)</li> <li>You’re organized, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly</li> <li>You take initiative and care about doing meaningful work, not just following a checklist</li> <li>You enjoy collaborating, sharing and learning with others</li> </ul><p><br/>Who are we? </p><p><strong>INHAUS</strong> — a team working across Europe and LATAM to help companies grow in a more human, strategic way.
