JOB SUMMARY: This position serves as an Operations Analyst I in the Office of the General Counsel

reporting directly to the Senior Management Analyst II in the Procedures and Records Unit. This position performs administrative work for Revenue’s agency-wide records management program, agency clerk, and open government responsibilities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:  

• Two years clerical experience.

SUBSTITUTIONS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• College education may substitute for the required experience.

PREFERENCES:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

SPECIAL NOTES:

• Office hours are M-F, 8:00 – 5:00.

SALARY: The anticipated Salary for this position is $41,179.
