Come join our growing team! The Care Team is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse, Hospice, in the Flint, MI area. This role is Monday through Friday with flexible daytime scheduling. While our standard hours are typically 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, for this position, we are specifically seeking a nurse who is open to a later daytime schedule, such as 10 am to 6 pm, 11 am to 7 pm, 12 pm to 8 pm, or similar hours that support patient care needs.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides constant and ongoing care for elderly and terminally ill patients by evaluating patient needs, creating care plans, and providing end-of-life support to patients and their families. Works in a collaborative, team-driven environment that requires frequent communication with other Care Team members.
QualificationsProfessional Experience/Qualifications:
Maintains the agency's mission, philosophy and core values.
Ensures compliance with agency policies and procedures regarding operations/processes, including but not limited to those regarding patient care, patient complaints, incidents, safety and emergency management.
Always maintains patient confidentiality, including all HIPAA regulations.
Regulatory Requirements
Licensed or registered in the state in which currently practices
Must pass a criminal background check & MVR check.
Completed health statement acknowledging ability to perform the duties of the position.
Valid state drivers license. Proof of current automobile insurance.
Current CPR card;
TB testing per agency policy;
