- Manager, BIG Data Platform & Vehicle Data Management
Major Responsibilities
~ Coordinate and administer all sales operation functions for the Region:
~ Administer ad hoc SAP report generation requests: sales, inventory and dealer master data.
~ Liaison with competitive OEM regional offices for data collection on a weekly and monthly basis.
~ Administration of the weekend and month-end sales reports.
~ Coordinate the administrative functions related to all dealer incentives (consumer rebates, coupons and dealer cash):
~ Review dealer incentive adjustment requests and analyze supporting documents to be utilized in the decision making process with the Senior Manager of Sales Operations.
~ Process all regional approved exceptions to National Incentives.
~ Communicate results to DSMs and Dealers.
~ Coordinate the administrative functions for Regional Organization and Dealer Council activities:
~ Generate market data through SAP, Market Master and PowerKatalyst to prepare all Regional presentations.
~ Coordinate and schedule meetings.
Major Responsibilities (continued)
~ Coordinate the administrative functions for all Regional MSP Programs:
~ Administer Regional MSP budgets.
~ Generate sales data through SAP to assist in the decision-making process for program launch.
~ Facilitate the submission of MSP programs to National Sales for proper approval based on the executive signature matrix.
~ Communicate the announcement and updates of all MSP programs to the District Sales Managers.
~ Audit final MSP results, communicate results to the field and process data for submission to National for payment.
Authority
~ Position has the authority to escalate incentive and co-op appeal decisions directed by Regional Merchandising Manager.
Education
~ Must be a high school graduate~ Bachelor’s degree preferredRelated Experience
~ Two to four years of work experience of which at least two years are directly related to an automotive OEM.
Skills/Knowledge
~ Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills.
~ Proficiency with Windows based software programs – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook).
~ Proficiency with SAP, CARRS, QMF, and AS400.
~ Able to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
