You will ensure high-quality financial data management using <strong>NetSuite</strong> and provide critical support to the Head of Finance CEE. This is an ideal role for an accountant with 3–5 years of experience who thrives in a tech-forward, international environment.</p> <p><strong>What will you do?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and compliant with local standards.</li> <li>Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes within <strong>NetSuite</strong>.</li> <li>Assist in the monthly, quarterly and year-end closing procedures.</li> <li>Perform detailed bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow.</li> <li>Prepare mandatory tax filings (VAT, VIES, SAF-T etc.) and ensure compliance with Romanian fiscal regulations.</li> <li>Support the Head of Finance CEE with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.</li> <li>Continuously optimize NetSuite workflows to increase departmental efficiency.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What will you bring to the team?</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 3–5 years of solid accounting experience.</li> <li><strong>Software:</strong> Proven proficiency in <strong>NetSuite ERP</strong> (mandatory) and <strong>Advanced Excel</strong>.</li> <li><strong>Education:</strong> Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field.
