Client Services Tax Analyst, Specialist

Core Responsibilities

1.  Owns the preparation, filing and related payments for complex tax returns for clients and trusts. Implements appropriate measures and reporting to control activities and functions supporting client accounts.

2.  Ensures the timely filing of all fiduciary tax returns and tax forms to meet needs and expectations of clients.

3.  Researches regulations in depth to resolve client and agency issues, engaging with internal and external partners when applicable.

4.  Enhances operational and client service delivery by driving process optimization, technology enhancements, or acting as a key liaison across teams and external vendors.

5.  Coaches and trains crew on processes, procedures, and quality standards.

6.  Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years experience with three years of tax experience.
• Undergraduate degree in related field or equivalent experience.
