Then apply now!  </p><p><strong>DO WHAT YOU LOVE:  </strong></p><ul><li>You define a conceptual framework for efficient and effective process management for HR</li><li>You analyze and evaluate our existing HR process landscape, identify process weaknesses as well as potential for improvement and initiate measures for consistent simplification, reduction of administrative work and automation </li><li>You analyze and implement global standards across the business units by introducing policies, quality gates/checks, trainings etc.  </li><li>You will implement a KPI Framework for SIXT people processes </li><li>You research new trends within the HR market and implement them into the SIXT organization </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>COME AS YOU ARE: </strong></p><ul><li>You have a consulting or coaching background with extensive experience in managing your stakeholders effectively  </li><li>You come with Human Resource and/or Recruiting domain knowledge as well as profound experience in Human Resource process implementation and optimization in a metrics organized company</li><li>You are an expert in MS Office package (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)  </li><li>You bring analytical skills with a strategic mind-set and hands-on mentality to implement processes in a complex organizational setting  </li><li>You are fluent in English, German is a plus </li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Working at SIXT not only means creating the future of mobility, but also offers personal benefits.
