Job Title: Receptionist

Location: District Attorney’s Office, Cleveland County Courthouse, 201 S Jones Suite #300 Norman OK 73069

Status: Full time

Salary Range: $30,000 to $32,000 plus benefits

  • Work schedule: Monday - Friday  *  Primary hours:  8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities  

  • Answer all incoming telephone calls on a multi-line system in a timely and professional manner
  • Pre-screen telephone calls, send to voice mail, take messages or redirect when necessary
  • Greet visitors and announce their presence to the person they have come to see
  • Handle confidential and sensitive material with discretion
  • General secretarial duties
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Control access through office security door
  • Perform other assigned tasks and duties as necessary

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Knowledge of current office technologies including but not limited to Teams, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Experience preferred but not necessary
  • High school graduate or greater
