The Product Employee Experience (PEX) team works to make our Product & Engineering organization the best Product team in the tech industry. The Opportunity
As a Program Manager on our PEX team, you'll architect and execute world-class employee experiences that scale with our rapid growth. You'll lead our flagship Travel & Events program and spearhead high-impact initiatives that directly shape how thousands of product employees connect, learn, and thrive. This role combines strategic program leadership with hands-on event execution, requiring someone who can seamlessly navigate from 30,000-foot strategy to on-the-ground logistics.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for our core Travel & Events program, including budget management, vendor relationships, and ROI measurement
- Develop scalable frameworks and processes that support our organization's growth to thousands of employees worldwide
- Plan and execute complex, multi-day events including our annual Product Summits, quarterly offsites, and regional team gatherings
- Manage all aspects of event logistics: venue selection, catering, travel coordination, speaker management, and on-site operations
- Build trusted relationships with Product leaders, People Operations, Finance, EA teams and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless program delivery
- Implement measurement frameworks to track engagement, satisfaction, and business outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing large-scale events (100+ attendees), with proven success driving employee engagement
- Secures exceptional value through strategic vendor partnerships and budget management
- Proven track record executing complex, multi-stakeholder programs from conception to completion
- Strong business acumen to connect program outcomes to broader organizational goals
- Creative problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information
- Natural relationship-builder who thrives on understanding and solving for diverse stakeholder needs
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence without authority across all organizational levels
- Entrepreneurial spirit with comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Collaborative approach with a bias toward action and continuous improvement
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, securing exceptional value on event budgets, contracts, and vendor partnerships
- Available to travel on average once per quarter to support in-person programming, plus regular on-the-ground support in our Cambridge HQ
Flex/Office to Cambridge Area
Cash compensation range: 72800-109200 USD Annually
