Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the kitchen team in food preparation and cooking under the direction of the Head Chef.

• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

• Support in ensuring the kitchen complies with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

• Help with stock rotation and inventory management.

• Contribute to the cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen.

Key Requirements:

• Some previous experience in a kitchen or culinary training is preferred.

• Eagerness to learn and develop culinary skills.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP).
