Description du poste

Support Global Novotel brand team on strategic projects for Novotel brand and on transversal topics for Midscale brands (Novotel, Mercure, Grand Mercure):

• Assist in developing and rolling out of projects (brand programs launch, partnerships roll-out, in-hotel guest experience update) in coordination with different internal stakeholders (Procurement, Design, Operations, Country Marketing) and external stakeholders (partners, design agencies, communication agencies)
• Animate marketing relays network to foster relationships between hubs and global
• Define product and services offers and develop brand guidelines
• Write marketing briefs

Support the brand team on Brand Content / Social Media :

• Develop guidelines and communication assets (graphic charter, print and digital assets) with agencies in charge of brands’ identities
• Assist Global Social Media team to validate editorial calendar, hero Social Media activations, influence

Skills

• Be highly organized and structured in project management
• Great knowledge of Excel / Power Point
• A first experience in Marketing highly appreciated  

Qualifications

Level of Education: Master / MBA / Bac + 4/5

Areas of study: Marketing

Languages: French and English

Starting : July 2023 for 6 months
