Digital Client Operations Intern

YOU ARE

Immersed in our organization and culture, as well as, involved in a full range of activity at Richemont & our Maison’s.

 

You will assist your dedicated team in executing the brand or functional strategy as well as participate in initiatives or projects to support the development or understanding of sales, culture, analytics, & service.  This internship is a great way to gain a head start on your career by working on meaningful projects, learning valuable skills, and connecting with employees and managers throughout the company.

 

YOUR MISSION

• Foster knowledge-sharing initiatives between the digital operations team and the broader operations team.
  • Contribute to the creation of process documentation
  • Update and maintain Systems Support Knowledgebase
• Facilitate the creation of an adoption rate analysis framework for tools utilized by the team.
• Contribute to project delivery of our digital tools
  • Assist with task assignment and delivery
  • Assist in product roadmap maintenance and communication with ops team
• Learn about SalesForce Service Cloud, SalesForce Commerce Cloud and other Digital Product best practices.

 

YOUR PROFILE

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program at the time of application- Preferably on engineering curriculum
• Tech Savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• At your core, a team player who is excited to shine, as well as, empower and assist others to achieve success
• Energetic and eager to assist on projects and initiatives
• Able to work a full-time schedule throughout the course of our Summer Internship Program
• Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa, Richemont North America will not sponsor work visa’s for summer internships
• Must be age 18 or older
• Someone analytical- how to elevate the operations

Salary range: $20/hourly
