As part of the EMEA HR team, this HR Business Partner will hold the primary strategic and tactical relationships for client groups in Germany. He/she will work collaboratively with business leaders/managers to create </span><span>a great employee experience and high-performing environment. Key areas of responsibility</span> <span>include:</span><span> </span></p> <p><strong><em>Client Coverage</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Act as key focal point for client group on all HR matters - providing expert strategic and</span> <span>operational HR advice, guidance and coaching</span><span> </span></li> <li><span>Act as a sounding board to client group managers/leaders and provide professional advice</span> <span>and coaching</span><span> </span></li> <li><span>Regularly assess client groups and promote best practice in people management,</span> <span>presenting complex matters, clearly and concisely to enable managers to implement</span> <span>people policies and solutions.</span><span> </span></li> <li><span>Work within established Company policies and procedures and help business interpret and</span> <span>apply these appropriately.</span><span> </span></li> <li><span>Lead the delivery of HR solutions within client groups.</span><span> </span></li> <li><span>Partner with the wider HR team (HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Benefits and L&amp;D) to</span> <span>share ideas, best practice and contribute towards driving a great employee experience.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Employee Relations</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Advise and coach managers/leaders with client groups and work with them to deal</span> <span>effectively with employee relations issues taking into account best practice, legislative</span> <span>framework, commercial bargaining agreements and commercial outcome</span><span> </span></li> <li><span>Liaise with internal Legal Counsel on the above matters to minimise risk</span><span> </span></li> <li><span>Take HR leadership for disciplinary, performance and grievance cases within client groups</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Talent Management</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Align and drive talent management strategies within client groups for talent identification,</span> <span>development, recognition and retention</span><span> </span></li> <li><span>Work proactively within client groups on succession
