Regional Project Director

We are looking for a Regional Project Director to join our dynamic team. You will be reporting to the Customer Delivery Manager, leading a talented group of Senior Project Managers. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality RAN deployment projects while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction and strong financial performance. As part of our team, you will:
- Manage a team of Senior Project Managers, ensuring customer needs are met and maintaining good profitability through efficient cost control and resource management.
- Oversee all aspects of projects, including financial and non-financial performance, project execution, plan updates, and stakeholder management.
- Provide leadership to large project teams, ensuring effective management and team cohesion.
- Act as the regional project interface to the customer, ensuring high customer satisfaction and fostering strong customer relationships.
- Consolidate resources management: Direct a team of Project Managers in planning and managing both internal and external resources.
- Ensure comprehensive internal and external project reporting and governance.
- Represent customer requirements to the Nokia Networks/account team to anticipate and seize new business opportunities.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Travel: Up to 50% (mostly domestic)
Due to the requirements of the National Security Agreement, only US Citizens and holders of a valid Green Card are eligible for this position.
You have:
- At least 10 years of experience managing services delivery for large RAN deployment projects.
- A proven track record of achieving high customer satisfaction and strong financial performance.
- Demonstrated skills in customer-facing roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
It would be nice if you also had:
- PMP – Project Management Professional certification.
