If you’re comfortable talking on the phone, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and are looking to grow your career, this is a great opportunity to make that transition. In this role, you’ll be making outbound calls to businesses across the U.S. to schedule appointments with our branch teams. This is a goal-driven role with clear expectations and performance targets.

If you can stay organized, hit your numbers, and stay sharp on the phone, we’ll give you the tools to advance.

You will:

• Cold-call businesses to identify decision-makers and schedule appointments
• Meet daily and weekly call and appointment goals
• Support lead generation efforts and work closely with internal teams

You have:

• Some previous phone experience (call center, retail, customer service, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and comfort talking to new people
• The ability to stay focused and motivated in a goal-oriented environment
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook, etc.)

Great Backgrounds for This Role Include:

• Retail Sales Associate
• Customer Service Representative
• Front Desk Receptionist
• Patient Scheduler or Medical Office Coordinator
• Hospitality or Hotel Front Desk Staff

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00am- 3:00pm OR 7:00am-4:00pm

Location: Everett, WA (100% in-office)

Pay: $24.00 per hour
