Implement and maintain HR operational processes in compliance with local labor regulations and Group standards, covering the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, employment administration, and offboarding). Maintain HR system data and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Support requirements analysis for global HR modules. Provide local data insights and operational support to Headquarters.职位要求 Bachelor’s degree or above. This position is open exclusively to new graduates (campus recruitment).
