Our development programs help support your growth, shaping your future and pushing the boundaries of innovation to unleash potential. </p></div><p><strong>Role Summary</strong></p> <p>The EHS Lead II / Site EHS Leader will provide practical, visible, and technically strong EHS leadership for three ASM Arizona facilities: two in Chandler and one in Phoenix. This role partners closely with facilities, engineering, operations, product safety, contractors, and site leadership to maintain a safe, compliant, and continuously improving workplace in a semiconductor equipment environment. The role has broad ownership for EHS program execution, regulatory compliance, risk reduction, emergency preparedness, and environmental programs covering air, water, wastewater, stormwater, hazardous materials, and waste management. This role provides both significant challenges and rewards, offering measurable progress and achievements on both a daily and long-term basis.</p> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <p>EHS Leadership and Program Management</p> <ul> <li><strong>Lead site EHS execution </strong>for three ASM Arizona facilities, ensuring programs are practical, consistent, and aligned with corporate requirements and local operations.</li> <li><strong>Serve as a trusted EHS advisor </strong>to site leadership, engineering, facilities, operations, product safety, contractors, and employees.</li> <li><strong>Translate requirements into action </strong>by developing clear procedures, work instructions, training materials, inspections, and field controls.</li> <li><strong>Influence without direct authority </strong>and build strong working relationships with leaders, employees, contractors, customers, and external stakeholders.</li> <li><strong>Use data to improve performance </strong>by analyzing EHS metrics, identifying trends, and leading corrective and preventive actions.</li> </ul> <p&g
