This position will be responsible for Support & designing and architecting service delivery strategies for the suite of tools and applications within the Microsoft 365 landscape. This position will drive user adoption by identifying, researching, recommending, and implementing Office 365 solutions and applications and overall organizational vision and strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide L3 support experiencing problems with Microsoft 365 applications and services such as Azure AD, Exchange Online, MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook & Office applications
- Architects, and implements Microsoft 365 solutions and applications such as Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.
- Configurations and implements SSO and 3rd applications to Azure AD
- Microsoft applications and 3rd party integration to MS Teams
- Troubleshooting technical issues such as email delivery failures or authentication problems
- Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, features, and industry best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance collaboration capabilities.
- Monitor service health and performance and take proactive measures to prevent or mitigate issues.
- Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions in accordance with company policies.
- Configure and manage security settings and compliance features to protect data and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Write and maintain documentation for SOP, processes, and configurations.
- Conduct research and make recommendations on new products and solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Staying up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 updates and features
- Managing user accounts, licenses, and permissions
- Maintaining security by monitoring the system for potential vulnerabilities, identifying risks, and acting to mitigate them.
Communication Expectation:-
- Effective Technical Communication: Clearly and concisely communicate technical information, including system status, issues, and solutions, to team members, stakeholders, and end-users.
- Documentation Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborative Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, network administrators, and other IT professionals.
- Incident Reporting: Promptly report and escalate system incidents, outages, or security vulnerabilities following established protocols.
- Status Updates: Provide regular status updates to team members and management on ongoing projects, system health, and critical issues.
- User Support: Assist end-users with technical issues professionally and empathetically.
- Training and Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices with team members and contribute to training programs.
- Email and Written Communication: Maintain professionalism in written communication, including email correspondence.
- Meeting Participation: Actively participate in meetings, discussions, and planning sessions related to SCCM infrastructure projects.

Required Technical Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, information technology, or related field
- 14+ years' experience in a systems administrator role
- Experience managing Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Office applications
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and tools
- Experience with Azure Active Directory
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolutions.
