As part of our mission to deliver healthy, convenient, and delicious meals across Europe, we’re building a world-class digital marketing team that thrives at the intersection of performance, creativity, and technology.</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced and visionary <strong>Associate Director of Online Marketing</strong> to lead our online acquisition efforts across paid digital channels. This role is perfect for someone who combines strong analytical acumen with a deep understanding of creative optimisation and the evolving power of AI-driven automation. You will be a key driver of scalable growth and help Factor become the most trusted nutrition brand in Europe.</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do: The Recipe</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Lead strategy, execution, and optimisation of digital performance campaigns (e.g. Search, Social, Display, Video) across multiple European markets.</li> <li>Drive creative strategy in collaboration with brand and design teams to produce high-performing, locally resonant ad assets — test, iterate, and scale based on performance insights.</li> <li>Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to brief/produce content, streamline workflows, enhance targeting, and maximise ROI.</li> <li>Work with high-performing teams of channel managers and specialists, fostering a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Work cross-functionally with Data, CRM, Product, and Brand to align online marketing with broader customer lifecycle goals.</li> <li>Translate campaign results into actionable insights and present learnings regularly to leadership stakeholders.</li> <li>Continuously evaluate new channels, tools, and automation opportunities to stay ahead in the dynamic digital marketing landscape.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What you’ll bring: The Ingredients</strong></h2> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with proven leadership in a fast-paced DTC or e-commerce environment.</li> <li>Strong track record managing paid media budgets and scaling customer acquisition efficiently.</li> <li>Deep experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.</li> <li>Proficiency in AI-powered marketing tools and creative automation platforms.</li> <li>Strategic mindset with the ability to zoom in on data and zoom out to vision.</li> <li>Passion for data-informed storytelling and testing-led growth.</li> <li>Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li> <li>Fluent in English; additiona
