Responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand voice
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns
• Track and analyze key metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, to measure the success of social media efforts
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation
• Assist with influencer outreach and partnership management

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics
• Proficient in content creation and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus
