About the Role:

IT Solution Architect will design and manage comprehensive technology solutions that effectively tackle business challenges. This person will have architectural responsibilities in defining and designing of modern application solutions, methodologies, programs, processes, standards, and metrics in support and growth of our business. 

What You Will Do:

• Designs and implements information systems to advance and optimize the enterprise business needs.
• Analyzes system requirements and defines system architecture that details the solution, integration, protocols, data flow, infrastructure, DR, and NFRs.
• Designs architecture diagrams in line with overall enterprise architecture principles, standards, and patterns using established Enterprise Architecture governance processes and frameworks.
• Evaluate
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrate self-initiative to learn and contribute.
• Ability to lead.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• s technology, market trends and industry plus identify prospective impact on business. Perform as sounding board as well as IT consultant and business leaders to develop IT infrastructure solutions.
• Develops Roadmap and high-level implementation plan for architecture on basis of IT strategies and business requirements. Define and establish technical strategies, standards, and guidelines in the infrastructure architecture domain.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural best practices and standards.
• Collaborates with business and IT partners to define transitional and target state architectures.
• Collaborates within the enterprise architecture and information management team members to ensure a holistic, enterprise scale value delivery for the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Master's degree preferred
• AWS professional certification preferred
• Minimum 5 years of solution architecture experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Have deep experience in application development, API development, and AWS technologies.
• Have broad experience in multiple areas such as integration technologies, infrastructure, data, and developing secure coding practices.
• Experience in Lending business is a plus.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrate self-initiative to learn and contribute.
• Ability to lead.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Salary range: $99,501.91 – $183,764.31

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
