How You Will Make an Impact:
- Improve supplier quality to enhance customer experience and brand reputation.
- Resolve supplier quality issues and implement corrective actions by driving root cause analysis.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with suppliers, driving continuous improvement.
- Define supplier quality standards and requirements. Assess and monitor supplier quality performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and evaluate potential new suppliers.
- Lead Quality assessment in Quarterly Business Reviews and perform onsite Supplier Audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and requirements. Identify areas of improvement for the supplier's processes and products.
- Communicate and align quality requirements with internal teams and suppliers.
- Stay updated on regulations and standards related to supplier quality.
- Provide training and education to suppliers and internal stakeholders on quality standards, requirements, and processes.
- Work closely with the Sustaining Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Product Management, Customer Service, and suppliers.
- Assist with achieving Industrial Equipment’s quality goals by acquiring, analyzing, and communicating Non-Conformance Notice, First Pass Yield and Warranty metrics.
- Assist in suspect part issues identified on the manufacturing line or returned from our service network.
Qualifications

- Self-motivated individual with solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead without authority, with a track record of soliciting supplier action to solve problems and improve quality.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required with demonstrated electrical and mechanical aptitude.
- 2 or more years of quality experience.
- Experience with supplier quality traceability and verification processes.
- Experience with data collecting, monitoring, and analytics.
- Ability to read and review technical drawings and Bills Of Materials (BOM).
- 25% travel is required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without Company sponsorship now and in the future.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of quality experience.
- ASQ CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) or related certification in quality engineering principles.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing and resolving problems using Six Sigma, Lean, and other problem-solving tools. Six Sigma Green or Black belt certification.
- Proficient in PowerBI.
- Experience with ISO 9001 and UL specifications.
