Job Description
We are looking for a business model innovation intern who helps to drive the maturity and application of business model innovation at Bosch North America. In this role you will work with our management consultants and business units, developing new business models and go to market approaches using methodological innovation approaches. Responsibilities further include helping with the facilitation of internal accelerator programs to validate business ideas and business model training for business unit associates. In this role you will:
Help shape the future: As an intern you will systematically support the validation and implementation of innovative business models for business units and teams of Bosch North America.
Structured approach: Together with our management consultants you will apply world class leading innovation methodologies to drive innovation at Bosch.
- Help with the preparation, organization and execution of workshops, trainings, stakeholder meetings and accelerator programs.
- Project management support in innovation studies and development projects.
- Organize and document UX centered surveys and interviews.
- Perform supporting desk research: market-, trend- and competitors.
Qualifications
This internship is a hybrid of remote and in-office. Must be able to work under both conditions
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or IT, enrolled in a master’s program preferred with at least one semester completed
- Overall GPA 3.0 or higher
- Ability to work independently/ autonomously
- Systematic and structured working style
- Reliability and good communication skills
- Self starter, highly motivated
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of innovation, entrepreneurship and lean start up either through academic studies, previous internship/work experience, of general interest
- Fundamental understanding of UX research methodologies
- Previous internship or work experience
- Passion for innovation and solving complex and challenging problems
- Project management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while collaborating with cross-functional teams
