Senior Deputy Program Manager Engineering

Basic Qualifications

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

 

Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities for this Position

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Project Planning and Coordination: 
• Develop detailed project plans outlining objectives, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate with various teams (data scientists, engineers, etc.) to align on project goals.
• Budget and Resource Management:
• Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
• Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity.
• Communication and Reporting:
• Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and any potential issues.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication among team members.
• Risk Management and Problem-Solving:
• Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that the final AI solutions meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations to maintain high standards of output.

Salary Note

Combined Salary Range

USD $148,764.00 - USD $165,035.00 /Yr.
