Responsibilities

Responsible for all aspects of scheduling including coordination of procedures, exams, communication with referring physicians and other departments. Collects vital information as indicated for every exam scheduled. Works closely with department staff which may include Physicians, Nurses, Therapists, Technologists and other office staff.

 

Home HealthCoordinates and maintains scheduling for Community Home Care patients to ensure continuity of care to best meet the needs of the patients.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:MINIMUM REQUIRED: High school diploma/GED. For Imaging and Rehabilitation departments - One year of scheduling experience. Familiarity with department procedures and Medical terminology obtained from previous work experience or class.
