Role and Responsibilities:

Sample, parts, materials internal/external logistics

• Incoming, outgoing manage of items
• Stock, inventory management
• Internal / external delivery

Items purchase

• Writing PR(Purchase order) for approval
• Goods receive(GR) process
• Budget check assist with Q Planning engineer

Work Environment/Safety Management

• Conduct and support storage environment improvement in light of 3R (Right material, Right quantity, Right position) and 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain)
• Follow for on-site S.H.E management activities
• Other tasks as assigned

Skill and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (General Education Development)
• At least 1-2 years of logistics operation
  (warehouse management, Logistics, or Purchasing etc)
• Understanding and experience with 3R5S activities
• ERP, SAP related system
• Driving Box truck(Essential) and/or Forklift (Can be trained after hire)
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence in English
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees of organization in English
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
