Job Description
The Senior UX/Product Designer is responsible for creating holistic user experiences that solve business problems through research-driven design solutions. This role focuses on the end-to-end product design process, from user research and problem definition to interaction design and visual design.
The designer will lead the creation of cohesive product experiences, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints while balancing user needs with business objectives. They'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive, accessible, and valuable product features.
Objectives
- Identify user pain points and opportunities through research, creating solutions that balance user needs with business goals
- Lead the product design process from concept to implementation, including user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns
- Establish and maintain design systems that ensure consistency while allowing for innovation
- Drive product strategy through deep understanding of user behavior, market trends, and business requirements
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, design thinking methodology, and commitment to creating valuable user experiences
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design processes including research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and implementation
- Create user personas, journey maps, and scenarios to guide product development decisions
- Design intuitive information architecture, user flows, and interaction patterns that solve complex problems
- Collaborate with product managers to define requirements and prioritize features based on user needs and business impact
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to iterate on design solutions
- Advocate for users throughout the product development process
- Contribute to product strategy by identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement
Requirements
- Advanced or native English level
- Strong analytical skills to translate research insights into product strategy
- Expertise in user research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design and usability testing
- Experience with product thinking and feature prioritization
- Ability to balance user needs with business objectives
- Collaborative mindset for working effectively with product, engineering, and stakeholder teams
- Excellent communication skills for presenting design decisions and rationales
- High level of empathy and user advocacy
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
- +6 years of experience working as UX/Product Designer or related jobs
- Expert with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and/or other UX & prototyping software
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design process and outcomes
