This PRN RN position assists with Focused Ultrasound procedures on the first and second Wednesday of the month as well as the 4th Tuesday of the month. Applicants must have availability to work on those days every month or will not be considered for the position. The RN administers medication, assists with positioning, documents the procedure and is prepared for a designated role in any adverse or emergency situations. This PRN RN will also work in the Neurosurgery clinic answering patient portal messages, triaging patient concern phone calls, assisting clinicians as they see patients and supporting overall clinic flow which can include obtaining vital signs, assisting in procedure visits, and completing paperwork. RN may also work in Neurology clinic messages as needed. Training for all responsibilities will be provided. PRN RN position requires a minimum of two days of availability to work, during business hours, each week. This includes the specific days listed above.

• Care Planning (Novice): Demonstrates ability to anticipate resource needs, identify distinct tasks, set priorities, schedule activities, meet deadlines, and organize work within areas of direct responsibility. Competently handles multiple assignments often simultaneously by prioritizing work into manageable and measurable units. Ability to adapt to changes to patient care and area needs with minimal disruption and loss of productivity. Follows up to assure problems and issues are resolved.
