WHAT YOU’LL DO:
What you can expect on a typical day:
• Establish investments on the platform through underwriting, fund releases and set up at the fund families
• Participate in, support, and monitor trading investment events and business initiatives
• Ensure all investments on the ADP platform are set up correctly and properly maintained. Perform investment underwriting for essential books of business
• Set up all client investments internally and externally: Mutual Funds, CIT’s, Stable Value, Stock, Unitized Investments, Brokerage, etc. Monitor and process fund actions that impact the investments which are held in clients’ accounts
• Support industry regulations and ongoing changes to those processes that impact our business
• Direct and coordinate communications and processing of corporate fund actions
• Collect and release monthly mutual fund performance information.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
• Investment knowledge
• Broad 401(k) and banking industry knowledge
• Familiarity with ADP systems and processes
• Strong Excel skills
• Analytical and an eye for detail; organized
• Ability to think creatively, highly driven, and self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
• Must be to work independently and maintain firm deadlines
• Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative and team-oriented
• Flexibility and the ability to pivot when needed.
• Project management skills
