It isn’t a question.</p><p></p><p><b>Strategic Media Manager OTC</b></p><p></p><p><b>About the role</b></p><p>The purpose of this role is to design and oversee the strategic direction of the OTC Haleon business by enhancing media effectiveness through implementing critical communication insights and improving internal collaboration with CBIA, D-Comm, Expert, BU/LOCs Marketing Teams and external partners. This role must secure the synergy of media, creative, e-commerce, Expert (Advocacy) and retail activities.</p><p></p><p><b>Role Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Support BU Marketing Managers with in-depth media knowledge and experience across CEE markets</p></li><li><p>Serve as a SPOC regarding all the media and communication requests and projects centred around OTC (Pain &amp; C&amp;F) brands in CEE for functional teams as well as marketing teams in LOCs, BU, Global and external Partners</p></li><li><p>Run all strategic and tactical communication projects i.e. MAP-3, RGM and design “fit-for-purpose” ad hoc strategic projects  </p></li><li><p>Responsible for driving T&amp;L agenda, innovations and sharing knowledge across all OTC teams in CEE</p></li><li><p>Translating Global Projects to CEE specificity and responsibility for their effective implementation</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Why you?</b></p><p><b>Minimum Required qualification:</b></p><ul><li><p>Min 10-years’ business experience working within media, marketing and/or advertising roles, ideally working in a regional role managing media, measurement, or communications projects in the similar industry</p></li><li><p>Deep understanding of the media industry, including trends, platforms, and consumer behaviour</p></li><li><p>Strong grasp of the commercial environment, including budgeting, ROI optimization, and market dynamics, along with the ability to analyse competitors' products and services</p></li><li><p>Proven skills to manage high degree of complexity and teams in a changing environment</p></li><li><p>Results driven, resilience, problem solving and decision making</p></li><li><p>Fluent English and Polish language skills</p></li><li><p>Role modelling Haleon’s values</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>If you are excited about this opportunity and want to join our team, please apply online by clicking the button ‘apply’.
