Customer Success Lead

We use computer vision and AI to enable existing security cameras to automatically detect hazards and high-risk activities, keep people safe and drive operational efficiencies. Our technology addresses the key cost drivers for workers’ compensation, general liability, and property damage, which cost employers over $500 billion annually.


As the Customer Success Lead you'll partner closely with our sales and product team to drive customer usage and revenue. This is a hands on role where you'll be educating and supporting our customers as they adopt a transformative business critical tool into their business.
What You'll Do• Develop and refine customer success metrics, both internally and externally facing.• Support the development of close relationships with customer site teams and executive sponsors• Continuously monitor safety and operational metrics for customers to improve customer engagement• Develop onboarding and training guides for customers to best realize the value of Voxel• Surface support issues so they can be root caused and addressed.• Coordinate and manage customer support activities• Support and empower a team of CSMs to deliver on those metrics, and ensure customers are continuously working toward key milestones.• Advocate for customers internally by frequently providing customer feedback to the product development team.
Minimum Qualifications• 5+ years of experience in a customer success or adjacent role• Ability to organize data in a way that is understood and can lead to improved decision making• Proficiency using a CRM tool, like Hubspot or Salesforce• Experience using customer support tools, like Zendesk / Freshdesk / Helpscout• Project management skills• Experience building teams and mentoring new hires• Experience at a SaaS based business
Preferred Qualifications• Experience in safety / EHS-related field• Expertise in industrial environments
