Job Description
As a trusted Compensation Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for flawlessly executing our global compensation and equity processes, partnering with multiple stakeholders. You’ll also provide strategic solutions and expert advice to the business and HR business advisors; combining in-depth knowledge of compensation principles, understanding of the business needs, market and regulatory landscape, and associated detailed analysis/models.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading and executing the global company-wide salary/promotion/equity recommendation processes end to end, partnering with a large number of stakeholders including HR business partners, legal, payroll, HRIS and HRIT.
- Partnering, driving and influencing the development and execution of compensation processes and initiatives such as annual salary planning, pay equity analysis, incentive modeling and calculations, salary structures, survey participation and FLSA exemptions.
- Ongoing research, modeling, and analysis of our compensation programs for effectiveness in supporting our business goals.
- Ensuring internal equity and market alignment by applying established job evaluation methodologies.
- Supporting our Talent and HR Business Partner teams by reviewing and advising on job grade, job offers, and compensation levels to attract and retain talent
- Training and coaching others regarding compensation principles and programs.
- Keep up to date and educate internal team on evolving compensation related regulatory/compliance areas in the US and globally.
- Analytical support.
Qualifications, Capabilities, Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Business or HR Administration.
- Minimum 8-10 years of compensation-related work experience with at least 2-4 years in a management role within the tech or consulting industry.
- Strong program and project management skills and evidence of successfully executing global compensation processes at similar scoped organizations
- Ability to work collaboratively and to cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with internal and external clients and colleagues.
- Client focused, proactive and results oriented, with the ability to work within a geographically dispersed and complex environment.
- Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced/dynamic environment with ability to work well under pressure and to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent analytical and technical skills; Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and proficiency with other Microsoft applications required.
- Ability to execute and sustain operational excellence and to develop controls.
- Proven consulting and influencing skills; ability to drive business goals through HR / Compensation strategies in an innovative and creative way.
